What is a ceremony
We enter into sacred ceremony whereby we call forward the ancestors of ancient healing, the elements, Mother Earth, the Divine and your guides. We embark on a spiritual journey where you sit or lie down to receive healing in the now moment. Each journey meets you where you are, without effort, and provides you healing that is meant for your highest good.
The frequencies and vibrations that are shared with you affect your energy bodies: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and soul. Much is happening within you on a cellular and energetic level. The science behind what is happening within you has to do with the transfer of kinetic energy from higher frequency sounds coming through Melinda as a divine channel, creating amplified geometrical designs within your energetic bodies, altering your overall state of being and bringing you into more embodied presence and coherence of the mind, heart, and body.
What you may experience
- Relaxation

- Visual images
- Somatic sensations or physical body movements
- A subtle release of emotions
Come as you are, no matter what you may be carrying, holding or managing. Know you will be welcomed, seen and loved.
When it may be time to come
When you find yourself being curious, feeling a nudge, a knowing or a sense that your soul needs some support, purification, upgrade or attunement.
For those who would like more concrete examples, you may notice that:
- You are feeling tired even though you are getting enough rest in the evening
- You are more overwhelmed than usual, or highly emotional
- You feel a bit numb, going through the day to day in a robotic way
- You are noticing an increase in unexplained physical symptoms: aches, hot and cold temperatures, headaches or nausea
The sacred blessing
The elements and four directions are embedded within all spiritual paths across time. Currently, we are returning to our remembrance that we are part of nature, land, and Gaia.
This ceremony begins with a recognition of this innate connection with the natural world. After the seven directions are called in and acknowledged, each person, one after another, is anointed with sacred ash on the third eye, heart, palms of the hands and tops of the feet.
After ceremony
The days that follow matter as much as the session. Drink plenty of water, allow yourself some rest and journal what you experienced before and after the sacred ceremony. You may go through an emotional or physical detox.
Your soul, through synchronistic moments, will be guiding you to live your life less from the operating system of your mind and more from your heart. This is not an immediate experience; rather, it is an unfolding and becoming. You may feel more aware of your intuition. You may find yourself noticing new perspectives or wanting something different in your relationships.
